We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to join our team at Natural Oasis Day Spa Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management
    • Direct and control daily spa operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Staff Management
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure consistency and quality of service.
    • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Financial Management
    • Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.
    • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies to promote the spa and attract new customers.
  • Business Development
    • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
    Requirements
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Knowledge of spa operations and management principles.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
    Working Conditions
    • Permanent position.
    • 35 to 40 hours per week.
    • Work Language: English.
