Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Machinery Technician to join our team at RSR Road Surface Recycling Limited. This role involves a variety of responsibilities focused on the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Work Environment

The position requires working in various locations, adapting to different work settings as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and inspect machinery to identify faults and malfunctions.
  • Utilize computerized and other diagnostic tools to assess the extent of repairs needed.
  • Manage inventory by ordering necessary parts and maintaining stock levels.
  • Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective components.
  • Document maintenance activities and keep detailed reports.
  • Conduct performance tests on repaired equipment to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks as required.
Travel Requirements

Willingness to travel is essential for this role.
