We are seeking a skilled Food Preparer to join our team at Restaurant Mon Village. As a Food Preparer, you will be responsible for preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items, as well as operating dishwashers and cleaning the kitchen.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience an asset
  • Permanent employment
  • 20 to 40 hours per week
  • English or French language skills
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position with a variable schedule of 20 to 40 hours per week. You will be working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
