About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Meat Processing Specialist to join our team at Olymel S.E.C/L.P. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of meat products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Slaughter livestock and remove viscera and other inedible parts from carcasses
  • Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial or other wholesale use
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a noisy, odorous, and dusty environment
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
