Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service while safely moving, packing, and unpacking customer belongings.
  • Greet customers upon arrival and complete a walk-through of the premises.
  • Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing, and interface with customers.
  • Operate a 26ft 5-ton straight truck safely and navigate through various routes.
  • Organize and secure loads while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Complete truck inspections and move equipment inventory.
  • Operate a tablet to complete e-logs, paperless billing, and payment collection.
Requirements:
  • Commitment to customer service excellence and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Positive attitude and team player.
  • Professionalism and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Experience in general labor, landscaping, construction, or warehouse helpful.
  • Physical strength and agility to carry and load items repeatedly.
  • Strong logic and mathematical skills.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
  • Valid Canadian full G driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Knowledge of Provincial and Federal driving requirements, rules, and regulations.
