Job Title: Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Ma'iingan TH Store LP. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality baked goods.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food production.
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet customer standards.
  • Draw up production schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
