Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and maintain case histories and reports.
  • Engage in administrative duties and office management.

  • Assist clients in navigating appointments and social events.
  • Complete necessary legal documentation.
  • Conduct interviews with witnesses.
  • Devise strategies to support victims of crime and their families.
  • Provide guidance to clients regarding legal matters.

Qualifications
  • Completion of College/CEGEP education.
  • Possession of relevant certifications such as Cultural Awareness Training and First Aid Certificate.
Target Audience

This role is designed to support a diverse clientele, including both females and males.

Key responsibilities include addressing issues related to partner abuse and providing support within the community service sector and criminal justice system.

Safety and Compliance
  • Successful candidates will undergo a criminal record check and a driving record check.
Transportation Requirements
  • Must have access to a personal vehicle and hold a valid driver's license.
  • Travel expenses will be reimbursed by the employer.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
