Le poste est basé dans une zone urbaine et implique des projets de nouvelle construction dans divers secteurs tels que institutionnel, industriel, et commercial.

Responsabilités
  • Préparer des dessins techniques
  • Assister au développement de concepts
  • Rédiger des plans décrivant les spécifications de projet et les calendriers de construction
  • Préparer des propositions
  • Concevoir des intérieurs
  • Superviser les chantiers de construction
  • Consulter les clients pour déterminer le type et le style de construction ou de rénovation envisagé
  • Concevoir des bâtiments et élaborer des plans décrivant les spécifications de conception, les matériaux de construction, les coûts et les délais
  • Préparer des esquisses et des maquettes
  • Surveiller les activités sur les chantiers pour assurer la conformité aux spécifications
  • Utiliser des logiciels de conception assistée par ordinateur (CAO)
  • Superviser la préparation des dessins, spécifications et autres documents de construction pour les entrepreneurs
  • Générer des plans de bâtiment et des dessins détaillés à l'intention des entrepreneurs
