About the Role

The Product Manager, Ecommerce will play a key role in driving the vision and priorities of the Global Product organization and its stakeholders. This role will be responsible for executing against the company's strategy, ensuring a consistent and cohesive end-to-end customer experience across all supported geographic footprints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's payment solutions and value-added services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product vision, strategy, performance, and priorities are clear and understood.
  • Identify product/capability gaps and drive solution builds and defect remediation efforts.
  • Act as a liaison between the Global Product organization and local product teams around the world, ensuring seamless planning and execution of go-to-market, operationalization, and commercialization deliverables.
  • Represent the Global Product Organization in solution consultations, supporting regional product and sales teams in high-value markets and customer opportunities.
  • Be the voice of internal and external customers, gathering feedback to inform the continuous improvement and refinement of existing ecommerce solutions and capabilities.
About You

This role requires a diverse set of skills, including a strong understanding of the payment ecosystem, experience working in a technology or software environment, and a proven track record of end-to-end feature/concept development. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to navigate technical aspects of owned areas and provide subject matter expertise and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be a strong individual contributor and a supportive team player, with a passion for solving problems via a combination of technology, collaboration, and innovation. They will be resilient, self-driven, and able to own projects without micro-management, with occasional flexibility in working hours to adapt to various timezones around the world.
