Oxford County Renovations Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our sales division. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through effective sales strategies and team management.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and loyalty.
- Financial Management: Manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and effective sales operations, including sales process improvement and sales technology implementation.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
