Job Summary

The Preventative Maintenance Technician will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our resort properties. This includes preparing units for guest arrival, performing basic repairs, and maintaining common guest areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare or 'blitz' units to ensure they're ready for guest arrival
  • Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of interior units and common guest areas
  • Work independently or as part of a team to achieve resort operations goals

Requirements

  • CPO Certification may be required for certain sites
  • Basic knowledge of general maintenance and cleanliness techniques
  • Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions and take direction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
