As we enhance our online presence, we are seeking an E-Commerce Manager to spearhead our direct-to-consumer (DTC) and business-to-business (B2B) sales channels, ensuring a smooth and engaging shopping experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Oversight: Manage our DTC and B2B sales platforms to drive revenue and growth.
  • User Engagement: Guarantee that our online stores are intuitive, visually appealing, and optimized for maximum conversion rates.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate inventory across all platforms to ensure product availability and prompt order fulfillment.
  • Sales Insights: Examine sales data and customer feedback to uncover trends, refine product listings, and improve the shopping experience.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work alongside our marketing team to execute effective digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email outreach, and social media initiatives.
  • Customer Support: Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues swiftly to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Analysis: Produce regular reports on sales performance, website traffic, and other critical metrics to guide business strategies.
  • Technical Management: Ensure all e-commerce platforms operate seamlessly, collaborating with developers or technical support as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • E-Commerce Knowledge: Demonstrated experience managing DTC and B2B e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, Etsy, Not On The High Street, Faire, and Ankorstore.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data using Google Analytics to make informed decisions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with e-commerce tools, SEO best practices, and digital marketing methodologies.
  • Customer-Centric: Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the overall customer journey.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with designers, marketers, and sales teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail, ensuring product listings are accurate and visually appealing.
  • Flexible: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt as necessary in a dynamic environment.
