Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer service and a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
- Staff Management: Manage and develop a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
- Merchandising and Inventory: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credit policies, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring the store operates within budget and meets sales targets.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues, conduct performance reviews, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
