  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity to make informed decisions.
  • Assist in other areas of the store as needed to support business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Two or more years of supervisory experience in a sales or service environment is preferred.
  • Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Ability to evaluate customer needs and make recommendations based on their analysis.
  • Ability to provide superior customer service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Ability to use good judgment and logic.
  • Experience in a related field or outdoor lifestyle is an asset.
