Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Crew Member to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for the overall completion of projects, maintaining a clean and organized site, and delivering quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners, crew chiefs, and business owners.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall completion of projects, ensuring high standards of quality and timely completion.
  • Maintain a clean and organized site and project area.
  • Deliver quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners, crew chiefs, and business owners.
  • Assist with lawn care and painting/staining services, including preparation, application, and clean-up.
  • Participate in marketing efforts, such as distributing flyers and promoting services in local neighborhoods.

Requirements

  • Preferably some experience with hands-on work, with a willingness to learn and be trained on our services.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle or transportation.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills.
  • Coachable and eager to learn and grow with our company.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $19-$24 per hour, depending on experience and responsibility.
