Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Little Einstein Education Centre. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment that fosters the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Assess the children's development in order to prepare a learning plan tailored to their needs.
  • Lead activities by telling or reading stories, teaching songs, and taking children to local points of interest.
  • Encourage children to express creativity through the media of art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children.
  • Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children.
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a child care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
