- Collaborating with Partners and the Assurance team to plan, execute, and finalize a variety of Review, Compilation, White Paper, and Tax engagements
- Mentoring and training team members during assignments while managing engagement progress
- Analyzing financial data, accounting practices, and operational procedures
- Reviewing account reconciliations and necessary adjustments
- Examining personal and corporate tax returns
- Assessing financial statements and disclosures in accordance with applicable reporting standards
- Consulting with clients on business and tax planning
- Providing personalized service to foster productive client relationships
- Identifying service opportunities through collaboration
- Coaching and developing team members for optimal performance
- Facilitating training sessions for the Assurance team
- Engaging with all team levels to implement our strategic goals
- A Bachelor's degree or diploma in accounting or a related field
- CPA designation is preferred
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience in Assurance within a professional services environment
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A detail-oriented mindset with a multifaceted approach to challenges
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and collaboratively
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Caseware/Caseview, TaxPrep, Quickbooks Online, and Sage Accounting is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office 365, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of Investment Holding Companies is a plus
