Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance activities, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Maintain accurate work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise 1 to 2 team members to ensure they have the necessary tools, equipment, and support to complete their tasks efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, including driver's validity license checks.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle are required for this role.
- Work in a physically demanding environment, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Use personal protective equipment, including steel-toed safety boots and gloves, to ensure a safe working environment.
- Excellent oral communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Initiative, judgment, and flexibility are required to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Team player with a client-focused approach, ensuring high-quality results and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Experience in grounds maintenance or a related field is an asset.

- Permanent full-time position, 40 to 50 hours per week.
- English is the primary language of communication in this role.
