Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Food Service Staff: Direct and manage the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to our food service staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties to the highest standard.
  • Manage Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety, and that all food safety procedures are followed at all times.
  • Control Inventory and Supplies: Manage the inventory and supplies of our food service operation, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Monitor and Report on Performance: Monitor the performance of our food service staff and report any issues or concerns to management.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Ensure that our food service operation complies with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Language: English
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines
  • Work Conditions: Standing for extended periods, attention to detail, repetitive tasks
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, dependability, accuracy, reliability, organized, ability to multitask
