Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage the LOTO Program for our projects, ensuring compliance with Company standards, customer requirements, and Government regulations.
  • Support the Site Manager in LOTO management and implementation for our workers, sub-contractors, and partners.
  • Collaborate with the customer representative and site installation/commissioning teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in LOTO/PTW/HSE management on a construction site or heavy industries.
  • Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma (DEC) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of Provincial (Ontario) Construction Safety legislation.
  • Experience in dealing with unionized environments.
  • Strong communication skills (spoken & written) at all levels of the organization.
