Work Environment: Fast-paced, Temperature-controlled, Noisy
Work Setting: Dining establishment, Beverage service
Key Responsibilities- Assess and calculate the quantity and costs of food supplies
- Introduce innovative cooking methods and equipment to kitchen personnel
- Oversee the work of specialized chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff
- Manage the daily operations of the kitchen
- Regularly prepare and cook meals, including for special events
- Design menus ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Train team members in food preparation and safety practices
Team Size: Supervise 3-4 kitchen staff
QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
Certifications: Food Safety Certification required
