3) Care for Tools and Equipment

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a reliable work ethic. Adaptability to various stakeholders, including customers and suppliers, is essential.

Education and Experience

  • Technical school certification or equivalent mechanical repair experience.
  • Journeyman Mechanics License (421A Heavy Duty Mechanic) is advantageous.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant industry experience.
