Key Responsibilities- Determine Service Offerings and Operational Procedures
Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure that our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively. This includes determining the type of services to be offered and implementing procedures to ensure that they are delivered to the highest standard.
Inventory ManagementOrganize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand. This includes negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
Health and SafetyEnsure that our restaurant is compliant with all health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards. This includes implementing procedures to prevent accidents and ensuring that our staff are trained to handle emergency situations.
Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience in our restaurant. This includes addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Team ManagementLead and manage a team of staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively. This includes providing training and development opportunities to help staff improve their skills and performance.
Business DevelopmentDevelop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability. This includes negotiating arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
ExperienceAt least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Personal SuitabilityAccurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, organized, team player, and ability to multitask.
