We are seeking a skilled Whitewater Rafting Guide to join our team at Canadian Outback Rafting Company Ltd. As a Whitewater Rafting Guide, you will be responsible for leading groups on outdoor sport and recreational trips, providing instruction and guidance on whitewater rafting techniques, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients.

• Lead groups on whitewater rafting trips and provide instruction and guidance on whitewater rafting techniques.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of our clients, including providing first aid and emergency response as needed.
• Operate and maintain watercraft and equipment, including rafts, kayaks, and other gear.
• Plan and coordinate trips to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

• Wilderness First Aid Certificate and other relevant certifications.
• Experience leading groups on outdoor adventures, including whitewater rafting trips.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of leading groups on outdoor adventures.

• Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
