Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Assembly Supervisor to join our team at World Famous Chicken World. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards of quality control, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing a high level of service and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Assembly and Delivery: Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules, ensuring that staff are allocated to tasks effectively and efficiently.
Work Environment

As a Food Assembly Supervisor at World Famous Chicken World, you will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results. You will be required to stand for extended periods, and you must be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
