Job Title: CRM Technical Consultant

As a Technical Advisor in the Financial Markets Business Strategy group at Banque Nationale du Canada, your role will be to provide essential support to the sector by participating in the end-to-end process of updating Financial Markets personnel files. You will also help optimize the efficiency of workflows and ensure that processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the update of personnel files in the internal system, including hirings, departures, transfers, and promotions.
  • Master the complexity of Financial Markets employment contracts and contribute to the drafting of offer letters.
  • Provide administrative support to the campus recruitment team, when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Professional College Diploma (DEC) and at least 4 years of experience OR a bachelor's degree and 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Knowledge of Capital Markets is considered an asset.
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
