Key Responsibilities:- Conduct oceanographic research programs and expeditions to gather data and insights on oceanic phenomena.
- Identify and advise on potential natural risks and hazards associated with oceanic activities.
- Plan, direct, and participate in analyses of geological, geochemical, and geophysical survey data, well logs, and other test results, maps, notes, and cross sections.
- Plan, direct, and participate in geological, geochemical, and geophysical field studies, drilling, and geological testing programs.
- Direct and monitor the completion and evaluation of wells, well testing, and well surveys.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as oceanography, geology, or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in oceanographic research.
- Basic security clearance and a clean criminal record.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data.
- Flexibility and willingness to relocate for work assignments.
- Reliability and strong communication skills.
