Assistant Retail Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2387931 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Merchandising: Plan and implement visual merchandising displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Setting: Retail business
- Supervision: 3-4 people
- Security and Safety: Basic security clearance
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, organized, reliability, ability to multitask
Our retail store operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
