Job Summary

Kennebec Construction Services is seeking a skilled Journeyman Carpenter to lead our maintenance team and oversee various construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Perform rough and finish carpentry, including demolition and rebuilds of interior spaces.
  • Install drywall, paint, flooring, doors, windows, and hardware, as well as construct casework.
  • Determine material requirements for tasks and ensure job sites are clean and safe.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Journeyman carpentry certificate.
  • Experience leading projects and managing teams.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Exposure to blueprint reading.
