Job Title: Food Service Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at New York Fries #3292. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring the efficient operation of our food service counter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils to maintain a high level of food safety and quality.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Restock supplies, including condiments, utensils, and paper products, to maintain a well-stocked food service counter.
  • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the food service counter, kitchen, and storage areas.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Reliability, dependability, and a positive attitude.
