Job Title: Overnight Steward

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Overnight Steward to join our team at Fairmont Vancouver Airport. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our dining areas, as well as providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently deliver professional, engaging, and friendly service to our guests
  • Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, cutlery, baking equipment, and buffet areas
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including mopping, sweeping, and polishing
  • Ensure the upkeep of clean and sanitary conditions in dishwashing areas
Requirements:
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
  • Passionate about maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Valid Food Safe certification
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform frequent bending and kneeling
