Key Responsibilities
• Efficiently operate a register/POS system and manage cash and credit transactions.
• Welcome and assist customers while proactively addressing their needs.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand standards.
• Prepare and serve food items in accordance with location guidelines.
• Organize and balance cash drawer, complete cashier slips, and process deposits.
• Comply with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Set up and dismantle coffee stations, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace.
• Stock beverage coolers, grab-and-go items, service ware, and condiments.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation protocols for all products.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Experience with cash handling is preferred.
• Prior experience as a barista is advantageous.
• Basic math and counting skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Adherence to the assigned dress code is required.
• Proficiency in reading and communicating in English, with the ability to follow recipes.
• Completion of Food Handling Certification as required.
This position may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be necessary.
