About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer to join our Global Store Shopping team at Amazon Development Centre Canada ULC. As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient software systems that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software systems that meet the needs of our customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software code that meets Amazon's technical standards
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements
  • 1+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
