About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Clean Pro Building Maintenance Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities

Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Inspect Sites and Facilities

Regularly inspect our sites and facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates

Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services, ensuring that we stay within our means.

Recommend Additional Services

Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repair work, or renovations, and recommend these to our management team.

Assist Cleaners in Performing Duties

Provide support and guidance to our cleaning team, ensuring that they have the resources and training they need to perform their duties effectively.

Coordinate Work Activities

Work closely with other departments to ensure that our cleaning services are integrated with other aspects of our business.

Establish Work Schedules

Develop and manage work schedules for our cleaning team, ensuring that we meet our service level agreements.

Work Term and Language

This is a permanent position, and we require the successful candidate to be fluent in English.

Hours of Work

The successful candidate will work 32-40 hours per week.
