At Provisions, we pride ourselves on being a vibrant neighborhood café, serving a diverse selection of takeaway options and dine-in experiences. Our offerings include a complete espresso bar, freshly baked pastries, breakfast sandwiches, custom-made sandwiches and salads, slow-roasted rotisserie chicken, and a variety of seasonal accompaniments.

Who you are:

As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee beverages for our establishment. The ideal candidate thrives in a bustling environment and collaborates effectively with colleagues in a team-focused setting.

Responsibilities:

Exhibit a strong passion for coffee and the expertise to prepare traditional espresso drinks (such as cappuccinos, macchiatos, and cortados), alongside a keen awareness of contemporary trends in the specialty coffee and tea sectors. Show proficiency in dialing in espresso and consistently pulling high-quality shots, with the skill to create latte art. Maintain a sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks. Engage and communicate with all team members and guests with authentic hospitality. Perform counter service and cashier duties as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a barista in a comparable setting. A dedication to ongoing learning and development in the role. Serving it Right certification is an asset.
