About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst to join our team at Siga Home Comfort Inc. As a Business Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us make data-driven decisions to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Requirements Gathering

Confer with clients, including our internal stakeholders, to identify business requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.

Business Intelligence Development

Design, develop, and implement business intelligence solutions to provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth.

Security Risk Assessment

Assess physical and technical security risks to our data, software, and hardware to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information systems.

Policy Development

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Quality Assurance

Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure they meet our high standards.

Conflict Resolution

Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner to ensure minimal disruption to our business operations.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of business intelligence, data analysis, and security risk assessment.

Language

Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Schedule

30 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
