About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented Food Processing Labourer to join our production team at H & M Food Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation and Logistics: Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials safely and efficiently.
  • Machinery Operation: Feed and unload processing machines, ensuring they are properly maintained and calibrated.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular checks on products and packaging for basic quality defects.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean machines and immediate work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Setting: Be willing to relocate to our food and beverage plant.
  • Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Personal Qualities and Experience
  • Reliability and Teamwork: Demonstrate reliability and a strong team player attitude.
  • Experience: While experience is an asset, we are open to training the right candidate.
  • Language and Work Schedule: Fluency in English is required, and the work schedule is 35 to 40 hours per week.
