Position Overview

As a Flexibility Enhancement Specialist, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional Dynamic Stretch sessions to clients, helping them reach their flexibility and mobility aspirations. You will also take on a leadership role, mentoring fellow stretch specialists and overseeing their training and performance to ensure the highest standards of service delivery. This position demands outstanding interpersonal abilities, extensive knowledge of stretching methodologies, and a dedication to the Dynamic Personal Training Method.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stretching Sessions: Conduct personalized one-on-one stretch sessions with clients, employing a range of stretching techniques to improve flexibility, alleviate muscle tension, and enhance overall range of motion.
  • Client Assessment: Perform comprehensive initial evaluations of clients to identify their flexibility, mobility, and stretching requirements. Develop tailored stretching programs that align with individual goals and physical conditions.
  • Team Leadership: Guide a team of stretch specialists, offering mentorship and training to ensure they provide effective stretching sessions that meet the company's quality standards.
  • Education: Inform the entire Life Time team about various recovery therapies and techniques to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Training Engagement: Actively participate in all required training associated with the role.
  • Recovery Space Maintenance: Uphold a high-quality recovery environment that engages all senses.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of experience in delivering Assisted Stretch sessions
  • CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Understanding of recovery techniques and therapies
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and psychology
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Certified Pilates Trainer
  • CPR and AED Certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree in Exercise Science or a related field
  • External Stretching Certification
