Position Overview
This role involves reporting to the Chief Crown Attorney and providing competent prosecution services. Responsibilities include advising law enforcement and conducting prosecutions related to the PPS's mandate.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a practicing member of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society or eligible for membership, with a strong understanding of criminal law and procedures. Travel may be required for case prosecutions.
