- Develop and maintain accurate and engaging content for graduate program webpages, social media, and other communication channels.
- Identify and produce high-quality testimonials and stories to support graduate program marketing efforts.
- Develop and coordinate print materials, including brochures and flyers.
- Knowledge, Research, and Consultation
- Stay up-to-date on graduate program offerings, admissions processes, and funding opportunities.
- Conduct research to understand the needs and expectations of prospective graduate students.
- Consult with faculty members, staff, and students to gather insights and feedback.
- Budget Planning and Distribution
- Manage the graduate recruitment budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Monitor and analyze the return on investment for recruitment tactics.
- Communications Support
- Provide support for various University communication initiatives, including graduate recruitment events and campaigns.
- University degree in a field related to communications and marketing.
- Proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a post-secondary institution.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to develop marketing plans based on research and data analysis.
- Strong sense of design and creative choices to support brand and messaging.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics and social media platforms.
- Proven collaborative and independent work habits.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple deadlines.
