Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Focus: Champion a customer-centric culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
  • Profitability Optimization: Analyze, design, and recommend strategies to optimize the profitability of our product portfolio in conjunction with product owners and cross-functional partners.
  • Revenue Growth: Work with pricing and analytic teams to drive revenues and identify efficiencies.
  • Business Case Development: Develop business cases and supporting presentations for identified opportunities to support the growth and maintenance of our business.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Build data-driven, scenario-based models to evaluate business impact on strategic and business development initiatives and monitor key portfolio KPIs.
  • Research and Analysis: Research, analyze, and synthesize data, trends, leading practices, and other business intelligence in support of business plans.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Lead the consolidated forecasting and planning cycles on behalf of product owners and ensure the product roadmap is accurately represented.
  • Product Gap Identification: Identify product gaps with respect to customer needs, competitive offerings, and trends.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly financial summaries for cross-portfolio product teams and senior leadership.
  • Risk Management: Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

Requirements:

  • Education: 3-5 years of experience with an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or Economics. Graduate degree or financial designation is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced skills in Power BI, SQL, MS Excel. Expertise in financial modeling, data visualization tools, and SQL.
  • Soft Skills: Strong decision-making, forward thinking, and creative problem-solving skills. Results-oriented and innovative in identifying and pursuing opportunities to leverage capabilities to increase revenues, decrease costs, and mitigate risks.
