Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, tests, and procedures
- Prepare and distribute medical records, reports, and other documents
- Answer and direct phone calls, and respond to emails
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
- Collaborate with the health care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of a recognized Unit Clerk certificate program an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
