Executive Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our retirement residence team. As a key member of our senior living community, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional resident experiences and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve operational goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance resident satisfaction and experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage budgets and financial performance to ensure operational efficiency
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous development

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in the seniors living industry or related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of achieving operational goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and stakeholders
  • Financial acumen and budget management expertise, with the ability to drive business growth and profitability
