Position Overview

The project management division is expanding, and we are seeking a dedicated project coordinator to oversee a diverse range of institutional, industrial, mining, infrastructure, or construction initiatives of varying scales. As a Project Coordinator, you will be tasked with managing all aspects of a project from inception to completion.

We provide a flexible hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to operate from home as well as from one of our offices in the Quebec City area or Saguenay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all phases of the project, including the bidding process, coordination of plans and specifications, management of the construction phase, and project closeout.
  • Ensure that all professionals involved adhere to client requirements and the predetermined budget.
  • Engage with management to address any issues that may impact profitability, timelines, suppliers, or delivery schedules.
  • Organize and lead follow-up meetings with clients and other stakeholders to guarantee smooth project execution.
  • Participate in all operational and strategic activities related to project management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in engineering or architecture.
  • Membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) or Ordre des architectes du Québec (OAQ).
  • PMP certification is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of construction and project management principles.
  • Fluency in French, both spoken and written.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
