About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Construction Electrician Helper at the Ritikkantha Group of Business. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist electricians with various tasks on construction sites, including installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
  • Perform manual labor tasks, such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment.
  • Operate hand tools and power equipment, such as drills, saws, and generators.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
Work Environment

As a Construction Electrician Helper, you will work in a variety of settings, including construction sites, warehouses, and offices. You will be exposed to outdoor and underground environments, as well as confined spaces. You must be comfortable working in a noisy, dusty, and hot environment.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
