- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital training and learning management systems.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Expertise in designing and developing training solutions, including needs analysis, setting objectives, developing course material, and evaluation methods.
- Understanding and experience in utilizing Articulate 360 & Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and other rapid online learning development/editing tools.
- A thorough understanding of eLearning development concepts, principles, and methodologies.
- The ability to understand adult learning principles and a variety of design and development methods and principles.
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to a variety of tasks and functions and changing priorities.
