Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials between departments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to customers. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and prioritize work orders and instructions received from customers
  • Develop and implement plans to optimize logistics operations
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demands
  • Coordinate with warehouse and production units to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and submit reports on logistics performance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other logistics software
Work Environment

This role is based in an urban area and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
