Position Overview

As a Cleaning Operations Supervisor at DeBlanc Cleaning Services Ltd., you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety across various facilities.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
Work Environment

  • Wet and damp conditions

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and oversee cleaning personnel.
  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of cleaning staff.
  • Conduct inspections of sites to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Provide assistance to cleaning staff in executing their tasks.
Supervisory Scope

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 1 to 2 individuals.
