About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Reform Physiotherapy and Health Ltd. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment
    • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized physiotherapy programs to address their needs.
    • Implement evidence-based treatment plans to promote optimal recovery and rehabilitation.
  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Design and deliver physiotherapy programs that cater to the diverse needs of our patients.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
  • Documentation and Communication
    • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records and progress reports.
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal outcomes.
  • Professional Development
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and industry developments in physiotherapy.
    • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in sports therapy, orthopedics, or private practice.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Current certification in Physiotherapy (e.g., PCEP, PCTA).
    • Valid licensure to practice physiotherapy in Canada.
