Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at High Level Denny's & Bar One. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about menu items and preparation methods.
- Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement new menu items and recipes, ensuring they meet customer preferences and dietary needs.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
